For any work that needs city approval, we prepare and submit the permit package and manage inspections.

Pre-construction walkthrough
Before demo, your project manager walks the job with the crew lead: staging area, protection, working hours, daily cleanup expectations, communication protocol.
1 hour, day-of start.

Installation
Crews with a dedicated project manager. Daily photo updates. Dust barriers, floor protection, and nightly cleanup are standard.

Final walkthrough
Punch list captured with your project manager and you.
Same day as project completion.
